This Refund and Dispute Resolution Policy (“Policy”) applies to all users of DealsAreYours.com (“Platform”), owned and operated by Deals Are Yours LLC (“Company”), registered in the United Arab Emirates. By subscribing to any paid listing or package, users agree to the terms below:
1.Nature of Service
Deals Are Yours is an online classified marketplace where users can list, promote, and sell goods or services through time-based paid packages. The Platform does not act as a direct party in transactions between sellers and buyers.
Users may purchase paid listing packages or promotional features using accepted
payment methods: credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or cash on delivery (COD). All
payments are processed manually by the user; subscriptions do not auto-renew.
Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:
– Duplicate payment due to technical error.
– Payment processed but listing not activated within 48 hours.
– Payment failure resulting in no service access. Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of transaction, accompanied by payment proof and user identification. Refunds are reviewed and processed within 10 business days.
No refunds will be issued for:
– Activated or partially used subscription periods. – Expired listings or unused time.
– Seller’s decision to withdraw, pause, or cancel listings voluntarily.
– Issues related to buyer-seller disputes beyond the platform’s scope.
The Platform is not a broker or intermediary between buyers and sellers. However, users may report suspicious or fraudulent activity to [email protected]. The Platform may, at its discretion, suspend or investigate accounts involved in reported misconduct.

banks or processors to contest invalid disputes.
Upon receiving a dispute, the Company will:
– Acknowledge receipt within 2 business days;
– Conduct an internal review within 10 business days;
– Communicate resolution or refund status in writing to the user’s registered email.
All refund or dispute requests should be directed to: [email protected]. This Policy is
governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any
disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
