Posting certain listings or promoting ads may incur fees. All fees are displayed transparently before
submission. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Buyers communicate directly with sellers. The Platform does not guarantee or mediate
transactions. Users must exercise caution and verify information before making payments or
meeting in person.
Deals Are Yours reserves the right to remove or suspend listings violating policies, restrict access
to users breaching terms, or modify services at any time.
Deals Are Yours LLC shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from user
interactions, content posted, or external links. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
All content, trademarks, and designs on the Platform are owned or licensed by Deals Are Yours
LLC. You may not copy or reproduce any material without written consent.
We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these terms or misuse the platform. You
may close your account anytime via your dashboard or by contacting [email protected].
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes
shall be resolved in the competent courts of the UAE.
